I have been researching, teaching and lecturing on genealogy for over 20 years and I am looking forward to assisting you in your quest for your family history.
The following paragraphs are a brief description of how I might be able to help you. Let me know how I can help you.
Research and Research Assistance:
Are you new to genealogy and don’t know where to start? Maybe you have been researching your ancestors for years but have a “roadblock” you can’t jump over?
I have been creating research plans for many years. The plans can be as simple as a step by step plan of the order and various record types that should be researched for any ancestor; this type of plan is especially good for the beginner. For the “roadblock” the plan would be very detailed and focused on the problem and the ancestors involved in the problem; it is designed to give you new direction and new resources to review.
Lectures:
If you are a program chair and are looking for a presentation geared to your group whether it is a genealogical society or a group wanting to understand why genealogy is the 2nd most popular hobby, I can help you. I offer 1-hour lectures, half-day, and full-day seminars and track classes. Please check out my lecture page.
Consultations:
If you don’t need a plan but just a little direction, a consultation would be perfect. I have consulted on everything from specific research questions that only take 15 minutes to using your genealogical software or organizing you heirlooms.
